Karen has already lost 10 lbs. over the past month, so another 15 in three months should be a piece of cake. Karen’s strategy is to eat Wendy’s taco salad as often as possible and fruit or popcorn for snacks. She is also participating in a top-secret strength and toning program one hour a week to build muscle and burn fat. The real key to her success is repeating “I only eat foods that are good for me” to herself more than 100 times each day. While Karen’s mantra may seem a bit strange to people she meets outside of work, her focus and determination is beyond measure
